​Biography​​
The Lost was founded by J. Cahill in December 2011 in Copiague, New York as an offshoot of his former band, 13 Down. The Lost has changed drummers and bass players a few times, but has finally settled on the line-up of Chris Woods on drums, Lisa Cahill on bass, and J. Cahill, who plays lead guitar, sings, and writes all of the bands music. J. starting writing music while in junior high, and knew that this was his life’s passion. He jumped from band to band, until finally reaching the place where he is today. The band is currently playing gigs at local bars and clubs, and has received airplay time on The Rock Show on 88.1 FM, Bullspikeradio.com and rockxs.com Radio.
